Submissions: Any text, images, or audiovisual content you post (collectively, "User Content") remains your property. By providing User Content, you grant Eleat a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, display, and distribute it.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content. You warrant that you own or have the rights to your User Content and that it complies with applicable laws and these terms.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the services for any purpose other than those provided by Eleat.
Unauthorized framing or linking to the services is prohibited.
You must not damage, disable, or overburden the services or interfere with other users' experience.
Automated means (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access or monitor the services are strictly prohibited.

The services and all related intellectual property are owned by Eleat or its licensors.

5. Termination
Termination by Eleat: Eleat may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, especially if you breach any term or if it discontinues support for the services.
Effect of Termination: Your license to use the services will immediately cease, and you must stop using them.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Eleat does not guarantee error-free operation, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access to the services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eleat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
This includes damages related to errors, inaccuracies, personal injury, or property damage resulting from your access to the services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eleat and its personnel from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the services or content posted via your account or device.
9. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: This EULA, along with the Terms and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Eleat.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
